St Albans Trapeze and Aerial Arts offers classes for adults and children in static trapeze, aerial silks, aerial hammock, aerial yoga and more in a friendly and welcoming environment. All our experienced teachers have Enhanced DBS checks and up to date first aid training. Children's classes (9-13yrs), teenage classes (12-16yrs) and sessions for home educated children and teenagers available.

XLR8 Dance Troupe
Age: 6 - 15
Join us at XLR8 Dance Troupe to learn new skills + make new friends whilst Dancing to the latest tunes! We even have a uniform! Class is split into ability categories. We work on: various dance styles, movement, tricks, team work, prop use, flexibility, confidence, stage presence, routines + performance. No experience needed, open to girls + boys.
