pool2lake Open Water provides professional swim coaching in the pool and the open water in the Hertfordshire area. Coaching is available for adult and junior swimmers. Adults Class for grown ups to have fun! Strengthen the core and upper body muscles whilst having fun. Learn moves on silks, hoop and trapeze. Gentle aerobic warm up, stretching and strengthening to begin and exercises throughout to work on muscle tone, strength and confidence.

St Albans Community Outreach programme provides a variety of community classes in community venues which are designed to offer customers a fun and convenient way to keep active. Many of our classes are held in local venues, including village halls, churches, community centres and outdoor locations. These venues and activities all form our "doorstop" sessions to provide the local community interactive social activities.

We provide classes in Ballet, Tap, Modern, Jazz, Contemporary & Acro Dance Dance from 12 months to adult. We offer quality teaching in a disciplined but fun enviroment by qualified & professional teachers. Exams may be taken & we do school shows & participate in local events.
